Pre-Cleanse Requirements


It is important to have a transition phase prior to beginning a cleanse program. The length of time required depends upon the current diet.


Anyone consuming fast food, fried foods or artificial sweeteners will require a full month.


If you were to begin a cleanse program after eating fast food burgers, fries and drinking diet sodas - you would feel terrible!


For those with a balanced diet of whole foods and processed foods - 2-3 weeks is generally fine.

  1. Eat 3 meals per day + juices, teas, shakes, supplements.

            This is not about fasting or deprivation. If you are hungry- eat more food!
